Hi guys,

I came to Thailand in December on a tourist visa with two entries and now its expired. then I went on a visa run to Cambodia to get another 30 days. those 30 days are over too and I have already a few days overstay. my question is, if I fly to Burma or Cambodia for a few days, will I get another 30 days, or is it possible that they will refuse me entry cause I spend already 7 month in Thailand and had a few days overstay? I hope someone can give me some advice.

thanks

Nobody can give you a definite answer.

To be on the safest side, go to Laos to get another double entry TR visa.

Why risk being turned around trying to do a exempt entry at a border crossing when you can go out for new tourist visa entry.

At some crossings they are turning people around and sending them to the local immigration office to get a 7 extension.

You would get another 30 days if you fly out and stayed a few days when you return.
