Ok, what kind of doctor should I go to? Urologist? Dermatologist ? Or STD specialist?
Most clinics in Thailand will be able to identify and treat you.

Ok, you need to rule out a sexually transmitted disease, but this would not be the first thing i would check for. Your statement nearly reads like a text book for inguinal hernia complaints- pain on exercise. You can check this yourself but be aggressive. Take your finger to your groin area and various cough deeply feeling for any movement. A doctor should do this for you. You should also carefully examine yourself for ingrown hairs areas that are painful to press, hot, or inflamed. Your pimple might only be the tip of a boil, which could also explain your discomfort.

Herpes lesions often appear initially as a pimple-like thingy. they quickly turn to a teardrop appearing pimple. However, at 25 your only out of puberty and other things can account for pimples down there, including cleanliness. I would recommend a general doctor first. They are cheaper and I am not convinced you have an STD.

The pain is getting lighter, can I take the pain as muscle pulled due to kneeling and standing ?

the only time I get that pain is a day after laying into the Mrs too hard : note to self, turn her over next time.

No....

As mentioned, it might be a hernia. You need to go see a general Dr. and they can check for you.
