On Wednesday Morning the inspection took place at the Restaurant car park in Soi Thai Udom off the North Pattaya Road. The venue is currently being renovated and the wood is scheduled to be used to construct the new restaurant according to Khun Saenluk aged 48 who came forward and claimed to be responsible for the logs.

No licenses or other documentation could be produced to confirm that the logs had been harvested in the correct way and from a location authorized by the DNP.
