Modification of motor bike in koh Samui is this within the law can I be fine or can the bike be taken off me

dare, these laws are pretty much standard in every province so I feel this question will be better answered in the Motoring forum rather than the Samui forum.

Also, I have never seen the police on Koh P take a motorbike off of someone for modifying it but then the police here are ahem "relaxed" shall we say?
