sbk Posted July 4, 2006 Share Posted July 4, 2006 dare, these laws are pretty much standard in every province so I feel this question will be better answered in the Motoring forum rather than the Samui forum. Also, I have never seen the police on Koh P take a motorbike off of someone for modifying it but then the police here are ahem "relaxed" shall we say?
