Can anyone direct me to a photo shop, preferably in Promenada or Central Festival or the Night Bazaar area, where I can get passport photos made?  Thanks!

    Thanks all for the good suggestions.  The Fuji shop opposite the Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel is most convenient for me and fixed me right up.  In and out in no time total cost 120 thb.

    Haha I read the headline as 'Photoshop for ...' instead of 'photo shop....'. I was thinking that applying some Photoshop techniques to your passport picture would not be very copacetic.
