If they don't change PHP, then pm me. I'm heading to the Philippines in November and could use some pesos.

PHP ~ เปโซ  => 0.746 = 4100,00 PHP => 3058,60 THB

You've used the sell rate. He would use the buy rate on the chart, which is 0.71... which is still a surprisingly good rate for currencies not often traded here. I'm surprised any money changer here would buy peso.

Are you sure, he sell Peso and buy THB no ?

I always use Yenjit when the amount does not require a trip to Super Rich in BKK...
They also have a place in Jomtien, nearby the Immigration.
Cash in your "exotic" currency isn't a problem; if you need somthing "exotic" it is advised to give them a call in advance.

I'm absolutely sure that if he buys baht (sells peso) they will use the lower rate. (left hand column).

If he sells baht (buys peso), they charge more baht per peso, thus the higher rate.

It works the same with every currency at the money changer.
