Yesterday I sold a item on eBay to a Irish seller with only 8 feedback
His paypal adress and name did not match with that one on eBay
It does not show any zip code
The buyer says a zip code is not needed in Ireland
Can someone confirm this?
Here the post office not accept a parcel to send when no zip code avalible also one time with London the problem postman unable locate buyers adress and parcel comes back to me

I can confirm that the Republic Of Ireland
Does not use a post code / zip code .

According to Wiki, Ireland is the only EU country that does not have a postal code system.

 

It is planned that codes will be introduced in the spring of 2015.
