Russian Killed in single-vehicle road crash in South Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- An 18 year old Russian was killed in the early hours of Sunday after his motorbike appeared to collide with a street pylon close to the entrance of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort in South Pattaya.

The body of Mr. Denis Moshko was found on the Royal Cliff Road running off the main Pratamnuk Road, just before 4.30am, next to his badly damaged motorbike.

Attempts at CPR were made but he was declared dead-at-the-scene by a Doctor who was called to assist medics.

Sounds very professional "Attempts at CPR were made but he was declared dead-at-the-scene by a Doctor who was called to assist medics."

Now all Pattaya needs is a professional police team to investigate fatale road accidents, then police to tighten down on the causes of accidents, maybe lock up a few  bike renters who will rent to anyone regardless whether they are actually qualified to drive a bike.
