Russian Killed in single-vehicle road crash in South Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- An 18 year old Russian was killed in the early hours of Sunday after his motorbike appeared to collide with a street pylon close to the entrance of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort in South Pattaya.

The body of Mr. Denis Moshko was found on the Royal Cliff Road running off the main Pratamnuk Road, just before 4.30am, next to his badly damaged motorbike.

Attempts at CPR were made but he was declared dead-at-the-scene by a Doctor who was called to assist medics.

RIP ... poor guy , 18yo ..so young ..... hope people here will have some compassion .

Vodka drivers.

High speed bike ,young ,wearing shorts and flip flops ,more than likely no helmet, see it every day ,speeding in and out of the traffic ,never thinking it could happen to them ,glad no one else was hurt , i was more than likely the same when i was young.

him a rushin, much better to be a himalayin at 4.30 in the morning

"Appeared to collide with street pylon"   how can they be so vague, surely there will be some marks to confirm, yes or no !  rolleyes.gif

Was it a CBR? Notice how close that is to CPR anyone?

Speed and Alcohol and no Safety Helmet.

That's my presumption.

No sympathy from me.

Does it matter?

Speed and Alcohol and no Safety Helmet.

That's my presumption.

No sympathy from me.

Always good to determine one's sympathy level on uninformed conjecture.

As its only presumption , means you dont have a clue of what you are talking about .... better not comment if its only on presumption.

Glad the accident was 1 party involved. No other innocent road users affected.

Sounds very professional "Attempts at CPR were made but he was declared dead-at-the-scene by a Doctor who was called to assist medics."

Now all Pattaya needs is a professional police team to investigate fatale road accidents, then police to tighten down on the causes of accidents, maybe lock up a few  bike renters who will rent to anyone regardless whether they are actually qualified to drive a bike.
