Hello People Who Know stuff,

Has anyone heard if this is possible, what paperwork would be needed (maybe same as Savanket)?

 

I sent a PM to vongbali (worked, working there, or the local expert) and got a reply 'You Can' after 7 weeks.

 

BUT his/her didn't give me much confidence, and I cannot find a working phone number...

 

Thoughts?

Savanakhet is closer by. I would use that consulate.

Only reason I ask is I'm going to Bali for wedding and it would save me a trip to isaan (not that I don't enjoy it there).
