Jai Dee
PM suggest the winning team from the world rescue robots contest improve on its machine to enable bomb search and spikes collection Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has suggested that the winning team from the rescue robots world competition improve its robot's sensor system in order to allow experimental use in detecting explosives in the three southern border provinces. Dr. Thaksin met the directors of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology North Bangkok and the team of students who won the contest with their robot, which can salvage bombs, search for survivors and bodies among other tasks. The Prime Minister told them to modify the robots and improve the sensor system so the machine could find bombs and collect spikes from the road. He stated that should the robots be able to perform such tasks, they would become valuable items and may even be sold to other countries if results are satisfactory. penzman
To H3ll with patents on such machines already made. Setting a nice example for intellectual property rights they were complaining about recently. T once again looking for easy credit from someone else's idea. Anyone remember one of his solutions for reducing Bangkok traffic by pulling stalled cars off the roads by strapping them under Sykorsky helicopters years ago?
