chang beer
Dumb question here. Now I'm here on o-a visa in Thailand. I intend to travel throughout Asia. Do I lose my o-a visa if I'm not here to report every 90 days? Thank you Beer
beechguy
Just curious, do you guys not ever read up on this stuff? A 90 day report has nothing to do with your visa, or permission to stay. It is a separate requirement for those remaining in Thailand 90 consecutive days or more. If you're not here, then no report. The count begins again, you enter Thailand. You can report up to 15 days early. and 7 days after, if you miss the report, it's a 2,000 Baht fine. Do make sure your visa will be valid for re-entry. Don't mean to be grumpy, but this stuff get discussed pretty much on a daily basis, if not several times a day.
