Report Tragedy Strikes: UK Man Passes in Thailand, Baby Born Days Later
I don't believe a dedicated father and husband would be in Thailand pursuing "muay thai" while his wife is 9 months pregnant. I am not buying this tale. -

Transport Thai Lion Air Flight Aborts Take-Off at Kolkata Due to Technical Snag
Photo courtesy of IANS India via X In a dramatic turn of events, a Thai Lion Air flight destined for Bangkok was forced to abort take-off early today, returning to its parking bay at Kolkata Airport due to a significant technical issue. Flight TLM243, carrying 130 passengers and seven crew members, had just commenced its taxi from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport when a critical problem with the aircraft's flaps was detected. Flaps are essential for controlling lift and stability during take-off and landing. The incident unfolded shortly after the Airbus departed its parking spot at 2.35 am UTC (9.35 am Thailand time) on 8th July. Within minutes, the alert pilots contacted air traffic control, urgently requesting a return. The plane was swiftly guided back to stand 34 and came to a stop at 2.43 am. A spokesperson from the Airports Authority of India explained, “Thai Lion landed at Kolkata Airport at 1.23 am UTC from Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok with 151 passengers. After taking push back, it reported a technical problem and requested return to bay. All 130 departing passengers were safely deplaned.” While there were no injuries, the unexpected disruption left passengers anxious and stranded in the terminal. The airline promptly cancelled the flight for the day, prioritising passenger safety. An airline official stated, “The safety of passengers is paramount. All guests were provided with hotel accommodation and meals while we worked to resolve the issue.” Technical teams have been tasked to thoroughly inspect the aircraft before it resumes service. As frustrated travellers awaited updates on rebooking, airline representatives apologised for the inconvenience. One passenger recounted, “I’m glad they caught the problem before take-off. But it was still frightening to hear something was wrong while we were already moving.” In the meantime, travellers have been advised to contact the airline’s customer service for rebooking assistance or refunds. Passengers expressed mixed feelings, with many grateful for the cautious approach but eager to reach their destinations. Adapted by ASEAN Now from The Thaiger 2025-07-08 -

Epstein Coverup Continues
Just because there isn't (according to the DOJ) a still-existing hardcopy of a client list doesn't mean Maxwell isn't guilty of any crimes. The evidence against her was based overwhelmingly on eye-witness testimony from her victims. A "little black book" with a list of names would not have made much difference. How prosecutors proved Ghislaine Maxwell was Epstein’s ‘enabler-in-chief’ https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/how-prosecutors-proved-ghislaine-maxwell-was-epsteins-enabler-in-chief -

Leftists continue to be wrong and still have the nerve to keep making predictions
Yeah, that statement about kids not knowing their own sex is just regurgitated babble. It's odd what triggers certain people. It's as if they're not comfortable in their own sexuality. Do you live here? I've always found it curious how certain American expatriates—those who ceaselessly extol the unparalleled virtues of the U.S.—choose to live permanently in Thailand. One might wonder: if their homeland is indeed the apex of civilization, what prevents their triumphant return? Perhaps it's the inconvenient reality that repatriation would mean both a stark reduction in romantic prospects and a confrontation with the consequences of poor financial planning. In truth, it’s difficult to find anyone deeply enmeshed in the nationalist echo chamber who appears to be winning at life. 🤔 -

Was I crazy to buy a Neta V now the company is going bust?
I wish you a lot of luck , but personally I have trouble following the logic: netaV II new 299k - buy a 2 year old one with potential problems and known quality problems from a bankrupt manufacturer for 219 k? the next guy: MG EP - new 469k - recommends to buy a 2 year old one for 350k? Over 300 netas sold in june 2025 after the headquarter closed and removed the company sign. Do westerners adapt to the thai thinking after several years in the country?
