Obviously, it was a suicide.....;-(. Very common for depressed Thais to commit suicide in this manner.

Westerners, too, although Westerners often put a plastic bag over their head after shooting themselves.

Didn't I read about a case where a farang committed suicide in Pattaya by cutting his own head off then jumping off a balcony?
