purushanti Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 Recently someone on a CM forum indicated 90 day reports shold be mailed to CM Immigration 20 days ahead of time. Is this correct? I had always thought it was15 days. Also, on the non-O retirement extension, appontment 45 days ahead of expiration date OK, or still 30 days? It has been only 30 days for quite some time and wouldn't want to go through all the trouble of going to immigration and being turned away.
