I don't know of any agencies re renting is that what you want to do, because if so you'll probably have to go where you want to be and ask around

I would say if renting dont bother with the internet or agencies, decide which area you want to be then ride around on a motocyc looking for signs, often they might be fixed with wire or pasted to a lamp post, start calling numbers and you can be viewing 4-5 places in 1 day,

How rural? 30 - 40 minutes to mall but up in the hills and out of town. Do you want power,water,internet? A roof that does not leak. Buying or renting, short term or long term?

Houses tend to be wood that get torn down and rebuilt if the family move plots.
