It was a mystery why the Democrats refused to investigate this further when they were in office. Why?

Will the Army do the right thing and follow thru?

As far as I am aware Thaksin has no charges pending for the extra judicial killings during his war on drugs unless the families of the victims have brought a separate case. Most of the killings were done by the Army anyway the drug dealers had M16's and AK's.
