Thailand has always been a lovely place to visit work and live but this lawless keeps bother me - man raped and killed a 4 yo girl by putting breathing unconscious body in black plastic bag and stuffed her in drainage to death. At the same time they are excited to enforce Jay walking fine and illegal parking wheel lock. Why can't thing get prioritize to something serious about serious and heart breaking crimes. We don't want to see the guy get locked up for life but later pardoned after a few years.
