AR Junior Officer (Accounts Receivable) (Thai Only)

Job brief

We are looking for a skilled accounts receivable officer to provide financial, administrative and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts. You may also back up accounts payable officer and assist with many other clerical duties as part of the job

Responsibilities

· Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

· Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data

· Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

· Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts

· Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience as accounts receivable officer

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

· Data entry skills and strong mathematical skills

· Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

· MS Office, vLookup, Pivot Tables

· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
