RichCor
Have you repaired an electrical device before, or do you know someone nearby who can help diagnose/find the problem? Maybe ask people in the shops where they are sold if they know someone who can repair it? Instant-On water heaters have a number of parts. Each would need to be tested. water Flow Switch Thermostat RCD Heating Element automatic shutoff circuit (overheat/boil temperature detection) External Circuit Breaker Having it disconnected and in the Store Room will make it difficult to test unless you take it to someone. It may end up being cheaper/quicker to buy a new unit (depending on the feature set and cost of the unit you want).
