PATTAYA – September 14, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 03.00 am Pol.Col.Winai Sanitpan-investigation inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that some people had captured a thief who had stolen a phone from a foreigner in Bali Hai pier. After notification the police officers rushed to the scene.

At the scene the officers found a Mr.Prasert Mahamad aged 25 with a Samsung Galaxy phone that he had stolen from Mr.Mohammadjavad Soufi aged 31 from Iran. Therefore the police officers took him to police station.

Mr.Mohammadjavad revealed that he was using Skype on his mobile phone when Mr Prasert snatched it out of his hand and ran off.

This are only some random news to fill some space.... A friend of mine came back the last weekend from Bangkok to Pattaya with a common Taxi. He put his new Notebook together with his passport and around 45k Baht to the luggage space. After arriving in Pattaya the driver let him out and drove away.

Probably we wont read this story in the news...like many others....

But actually, it's quite stupid to put worthy things to the luggage space of a Taxi. Doesn't matter whether in Thailand or wherever.

It's worse than quite stupid. One wonders how some people get 45,000baht and a new notebook in the first place if they are this stupid.
