Remote Desktop Work

Featured Replies

I need to access a family members PC to fix a problem and update it for them on a regular bases. Basically they can only switch the PC on, send emails, do basic google searching and watch youtube videos. I know you dont need software to do remote desktop work but this means the PC that needs the work has to change the settings to enable access. This is no good if the person has basic computer skills. Is there any free software out there that I can install on my PC and then access there computer with very little input from them. I am running Windows 8.1 and they have Windows Vista.

You need to install the full version. The person you wish to help need only download and run the QS version (without installing it).
