August 27, 200619 yr 2 unusual shots The first a Thai (nationality) Female Monk Fully ordained in the Theravadan Tradition <orange robes>. She is not however part of the Thai Sangha. This was taken at the temple and headquarters of the Thai Women in Buddhism Foundation in Nakhon Pathom. The second shot is of another Thai (nationality) Female Monk also NOT part of the Thai Sangha. Taken at Santi Asoke Community in Nakhon Pathom. Sorry that it doesn't look much lik a templ but these folks are minimalists .. vegetarians... back to nature ... on meal a day.
