Body check in pattaya area

Phyathai Sri racha would be my recommendation, but for dysentery (stool with blood) any hospital would be OK. Phyathai will be less expensive than the private hospitals in Pattaya.

You need to have a stool test to determine if this is due to bacteria or amoeba. If not fever, likely amoeba, but need to be sure.

I really don't think it is dysentery Sheryl

I had that in India when I was a young backpacker

I am not rushing to the toilet or anything

Just a very bloody stool and my appetite has crashed

Thanks for the replies

If Sheryl already ruled out polyps, fissures, diverticulitis, colitis, cancer, hemorrhoids, gastritis and so on without knowing your age, history, amount and color of blood loss then why would you question this?

If no diarrhea with the bloody stool ,then best see a GI specialist. As you may need endoscopy I would suggest Phyathai over Pattaya hospitals if you are uninsured, cost will be significantly less.
