Any members can give recommendations about places and hotels to visit AND to avoid? Thanks for all your answers. craigt3365 Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Do you have a Thai partner? If so, there are some really good Thai guide books. Unfortunately, they are in Thai. But, some great info that you won't find in other guide books. For English, Lonely Planet and Rough Guide are good places to start. Wikitravel and wikivoyage are also pretty good. For hotel, booking.com and tripadvisor would probably be good places to research hotels in the are. If you do go, please report back. We'd love to hear about your experiences!
