Could you give me the price to apply with an agency for a multiple entry Visa B (one year) at phuket Immigration Office multipe entry( if they can deliver it). Or is the only solution is to go in Penang at the embassy with the work permit?

I have already a work permit for the next two years and a visa b with single entry, which gonna finished in two weeks.

You cannot get a multiple entry non-b visa anywhere in Thailand.

If your job, employer and salary qualify for it you can apply for a one year extension of stay at immigration and then get a multiple re-entry permit.

See clause 2.1 and annexes of Immigration Bureau Order 327/2557 for the requirements.

Either get a new B-visa abroad or get an extension at Phuket immigration.

My employer qualify for it.

So the only solution is to go to penang ? (I work and live in Phuket ) and after if I want extension, i will be able to get an extansion ?

If you currently have a non immigrant B visa entry and qualify for one year extension of stay you get this from immigration and can do it now with work permit and proof of income requirement (based on your nationality). You just make application within the next two week of your current entry.

If your employer can get the required documents before your current permit to stay ends you can get the extension without leaving to get the multiple entry visa in Penang.
