Crack down on Illegal Migrant Workers on Koh Tao

I read that the government are going to "crack down" on illegal migrant workers. But i also read Nothing about punishing the rotten corrupt cops who have been fleecing Bht 500 per month from these workers just to be left alone. Talk about double standards from the PM who is declaring that his aim is to stamp out corruption. I guess that the ones to be "cracked down on" will be the ones who cannot produce the current monthly card with its animal symbol stamped on it. Because they have not paid their BHT 500 this month, produce the current symbol and you will be ok.
