Webfact

Who or what is Webfact and where are they based?

Call me silly if you want but I don't see any information about them anywhere,.and since they are such an important source of news items on TVF, it would help to understand their pedigree.

I assumed he was an individual whose job is to dig out and post news.

He's not a source per se, merely a messenger.

Better to ask in forum support.

Why not PM him and ask?

Until today I had always thought that Webfact is an entity, a news or clipping service or similar, it was only when I started to question the calibre of a couple of articles that I started to investigate. I now understand it's a one man business which makes me regard the articles presented in a very different light.

Thaivisa pulls its news from multiple sources and only from those sources that allow reposting. It is important to understand that not all news sources allow reposting of their stories and as such limits the news pool from which we may pull.

All articles are chosen based only on their relevance to Thailand (in Thai News) without bias and without choosing sides. If you have a story from a legitimate news source you are welcome to send a link to Webfact via PM to see if it is possible to use.
