Staff Sergeant Michael Edward Harris US Army Top 20 Wanted for Child Sex Offences

Michael Edward Harris a 34-year-old staff sergeant on the U.S. Army’s 20 most wanted list, who deserted in January to escape more than 40 counts of possession of child pornography and allegations of child rape, was on Wednesday found to be living in Sihanoukville, where he has been working for months as a dog trainer.

He has been using the alias Michael Dobbs while in Cambodia.

Since the story broke in Cambodia he was sacked from his job and he has fled. He may try to cross the land borders into Thailand, Laos or Vietnam. If sighted I would recommend that people contact the United States Embassy FBI Representative and/or since he is a military fugitive the Military Attache.
