My ' O' visa was stamped for 1year Not the usual 90 days

Featured Replies

I looked at my passport after I got back home and noticed must leave country stamped with a 1year end date

As I have a 1 year multi entry O visa .

Not the usual 90 day thing

Can some one clarify this , I think I still have to go to immigration every 90 days

ItI is one year coming in to Thailand on 14/10/14 stamped 14/10/15

I think there is a mistake on the stamp correct me if I am wrong ?

it was a mistake unless you have a OA visa.

You can have the stamp corrected at an immigration office or just leave when you have 90 days in the country.

Do not stay more than 90 days.

Yes I agree with u I will still go to immigration in 90 days .

I always come in on a O visa and never had it stamped like this before ,

I deal with nontaburi immigration so I will go there after 90 days , or I might take the family to Vietnam for a holiday

Thanks for the the clarfaction

Go to immigration now, not in 90 days time, and get the error fixed or leave the country within the 90 days you should have been permitted.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

You should get the stamp correct now not wait until you go over 90 days.

As I said you can count the 90 days yourself and leave before that date without going over 90 days.
