He look listless , he was rather active before that. He ran about 5 km after his meal yesterday. Beside vomiting no other systoms.

Probably more likely someone, perhaps an annoyed neighbor, gave him a spiked (rat poison) meatball. Suggest you check with a vet.

is this the three month old poodle???? why are u letting him run after eating... first run, then cool down, then feed....

agree ... first sign of viral enteritis is vomitting for few days ..after that pup will have bloody diarrhea..

80% of pup dead from shock , lost of blood and fluid include tiger heart syndrome .
