I spent the whole day sorting out internet “stuff” for a friend who is a Ludite!

He bought a “Pad”, a Samsung thing that I have no idea about.

He has only WiFi access.

He is 100 Km away…..

Various “friends” set stuff up for him – but, guess what – he is beggared cos he understands NOTHING!

(Sorry for shouting!)

So, he hit a phishing site that caused him to lock his outlook email…..

With which most other accounts were set up with…..

Forgot his Facebook password.

Stuffed up a gmail account a friend made,

Needed a new email account or two.

Wanted Skype.

Is paranoid about bank details and internet so PAYG on Skype – BIG problem.

(Cmmon, Pay As You Go - <deleted>?)

Anyway, all done, everything working – hell I even managed to guess the odd password and get into existing accounts and change stuff to something he can remember and use in the future.

Put some dosh on his Skype and he successfully called his old Mum.

After that, I sorted out the additional, periodic update details my trading account needs…..

Wifey - brilliant - saw - I was busy, left me alone, except for the copious amounts of food and drink - just in case?

Thai Ladies are superb, never forget that! xXx

6:30 went to bed

15:15 woke up

15:30 run 30 min on treadmill

16:00 lift weights

16:45 shower

17:00 dinner

17:45 meet day shift hand over

18:00 pre shift meeting

18:30 begin surfing the internet

02:34 still surfing

A good deed.

Mind you ... some folk are ready to the digital age.

Pissing down with rain and 10 degrees here. Ran out in my jammies to buy a packet of B and H. Checked my letter box - expecting a care package from my mum for my birthday which was in September.

Blasted my ears with a bit of Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Tomorrow will be interesting. Taking a bag of books to the English Church for their Xmas Fair. I hid the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy at the bottom.

On Saturday i may just pass by to see if they have it on display. Silly things amuse silly people i suppose. Those Anglicans....

And i shall be fully dressed, not in my jammies.

A topic that starts off with a post inviting trolls to post can only be a troll topic, but on the 0.0001% chance that it is not, I am moving it from General Topics to the forum Farang Pub - fun, entertainment and Expat life.

Up at 3:30 am. Wrote a thousand words. Checked my email and did some site stuff.

Gardening for an hour

8 am took wife to buy clothes (she is a market trader)

1pm took her to her market stall

Wrote another 1,000 words ...

Sat amid loads of Thai girls buying clothes (the best part of the day)

7 30pm helped her pack up and went home.

10pm showered and ate then sleep.

how did i spend today,? when its only 8.18.

bloddy hell you got a lot in for the 2,13 mins you were up,

ive cleaned and fed the pigs, put some stickey concreate in the ducks ap,nam,

helped my wife collect the duck and chicken eggs,

im just having a coffee and orange juice, them im going to start my tractor and do a bit of tilling between the trees, ive got some flower seedlings to plant out,

and we will prob go to town,

wow, and its still only 8,21,, loads of time for things to change,
