Dog attacked the neighbours today. Made me smile.
After some shouting I Saw the woman spraying their pet dog in the face with a pressure wash. The man then came out and started beating it with a stick. They own 5 dogs that are left out all day in the 40 degrees sun. At another house the road used to flood when it rained. The neighbor left their dog out in the flood for 3 days. It was locked out and wading up and down the road trying not to drown. Years of abuse. It died later that year. How about you? Do witness animal abuse on a daily basis in your town? -

The downhill trajectory of Chiang Mai immigration
They're totally stressed out and it's only going to get worse. I thought they were going to move the building but they built back in the same place after closing for a year or so. They must be tied to that location but's obviously going to be overrun at some point.
