And how did the price at Tony's compare with what you paid at Dusit?

I would assume that price is not an issue here. I have yet to see one of Tony's Gyms with “Top of the range” equipment, maybe it should say top of the range equipment 10 years ago, that would be more like it! clap2.gif

I'd be happy if they can just maintain some of the equipment in their current facilities.

You mean maintain to stay in there?

Sorry but some of it will disappear in every existing gym to be moved to the 2 new ones.

I miss the now closed-down Tony's on Soi Buakaow towards the Pattaya Tai end. First class everything biggrin.png

Real men do not need an airconditioned gym with walls of endless vanity mirrors with matching universal machines and free weights. If one wants to pay prices from 24,000 baht up to 30,000 baht for an annual gym fee for luxury, --go for it.

I just hope he will buy REAL equipment from USA /Australia and not those toys from China like he has now.

In his best gym, the big one in the corner of Pattaya Klang , ha has some good equipment , let say 30 % , the rest is totally garbage , hand made from Thailand/China . They copy equipment from Hammer Strenght , Cybex ,Life Fitness or Precor thinking it will be the same...Very wrong. The only gyms in Pattaya with decent equipment are Fairtex and Marriot (Royal Garden) . California WOW was good, but too fancy for Pattaya...

Were is this new gym in Chonburi the map is really bad. Anywhere near Muang by 315 , 344 or 361 bypass ?
