Limousine service Don Mueang - Pattaya return

Featured Replies

Apologies, but can't find a recent thread to bolt on to.

My wife and I are travelling down to Pattaya from Don Mueang later this week. Unfortunately, our usual driver is otherwise engaged [for the first time in four years, so not a bad record, at all].

We are looking for a reliable limousine service with a decent, spacious, clean car and a friendly driver.

We have a two day stay and require picking up for the return journey early on Saturday morning.

Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

Let's try this over in the Pattaya forum. Probably best there.

Topic Moved.

I know a private driver with brand new Benz but it costs 5000 each way, not sure if it is what you are looking for ?

There are several threads in this forum about car services to the airports. I've used Mr. T and been pretty happy. For a premium, he'll arrange a very nice car for you. We've done this a few times in the past when we were coming back with a lot of luggage. Not fun in a smaller car with 3 people and 6 pieces of large luggage and other associated stuff! Understanding most of the trunk is taken up with a NGV tank. LOL.

Thanks for your input, all of the above.

I had a shop around and found http://www.firstclassbangkok.com/. I'm not affiliated to this company in any way and am a first time customer.

Their website looks very professional and decided to spend a little extra on some luxury for my wife and I. The wife is particularly deserving as she looks after me like a king all year round and sure she's going to like this. Won't be doing it too often though as quite expensive.

Not a bad deal as there is a 10% discount for first time customers on the overall invoice and a further 10% discount applied to the return journey for the purchase of a return journey, if you get my drift.

I'll update with a customer review of this service at the weekend.

As promised, I'll duly review.

Fantastic is all that I can say. On time, great lady chauffeur who can drive like the best of them and immaculate cars, let alone the service.

Took the Jaguar XJ Portfolio - which was off the end of the scale - to Pattaya and [slummed it] returning in the BMW 7 Series. The Jaguar was the ultimate luxury and the BMW 7 Series wasn't bad either.
If the top-end service is anything like the lower-end, then you won't go far wrong whatever car you choose. If I remember rightly the lower-end starts at around 6,000 baht one way and well worth it.
We were greeted at DMK by a nice gentleman, in tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt. My initial thoughts was that he didn't appear to be the chauffeur and so he wasn't, lovely guy, though. He let us know that the car would be there in two minutes and was true to his word. Up pulled the Jaguar and the lady chauffeur, immaculately dressed, greeted us and off we went. Boy, could that lady drive and wasn't scared to give it some throttle when the traffic allowed.
I can highly recommend First Class Bangkok and will definitely be a future customer.
Of course, the wife was happy as Larry.

A picture of the lady chauffeur would be more appreciated thumbsup.gif

Don Muang offers several limo services. I used one a year ago and cost me THB 2,300 incl toll way to Pattaya.

I suppose you can make arrangements for the return trip too

I can highly recommend Mr Pon. Drives a camry, Pattaya to downtown Bangkok is 1,500 Baht, including high way fees. Very punctual, fluent in English and knows how to use a GPS. Contact me for his number.
