Upon divorce the asstes that were gained during the marriage are split (this includes debts). All that already existed before the marriage is left out. So if one had 100,000 before the marriage and made another 100,000 during the marriage only 100,000 is being split and not the full 200,000.

Thailand does not now any alimony, only child support. Typically child support is in the ammount of 3,000 to 6,000 baht a month, plus charing the cost of healthcare and education.

Thus if you insist on getting the child in an international school, you must be prepared to pay half of the cost yourself and the other parent must agree to the choice of school.

For a divorce at the amphur one can make a divorce agreement and enter that into the register together with the divorce. It then becomes a legally binding document.

You can come to any agreement in a divorce settlement regarding child support, educational cost, visitation rights etc.

3,000-6,000? Thats you heard from low class and poor people in Thailand?

Before posting you should study the infomation and my situation first.

Or wait till court judge how much he suppose to pay. And i can sue both thai-british law.

Even he got zero the british law will force him to pay. At least £150/week/child.

From my friend experience she got pregnant with british guy but they not married yet. They split up before kid born and he got no money with a crappy job. She sued him through british embassy in Thailand. She gets pay £600/month. This is the horrible case.

Ok ma?

I am begging or not. The court will judge later. Dont make further comment without all information.

Remember even I am begging if he refused to give so nothing happened?

If you wanna hear the next episode you can wait for my future thread.

:-)

Top strategy right?. it's working a treat.

I think a similar thread on equally contentious subjects should be started each week. It is the perfect way to identify and get rid of the unthinking and unaware, without them even realising they are innocently falling into your trap.

Do you like to come into my trap? Sounds like you are interested too.

The best you can hope for here is a lawyer who actually has some idea of the 'Law' who can give you advice as to how you should/could proceed. Said lawyer will do sweet s0d all himself up to and including finding witnesses. Expect very little in the way of correspondence/telephone communication. Prepare yourself for numerous visits to his office as he, having had your cash without which he will not even commence 'work' on your case, and will not visit you. Then keep some spare change by to gift him to accompany you to the police station (mandatory, never go unlawyered up), and Court.

Chok dee thumbsup.gif

BTW Keep an eye on him in case he slips his card to your opponent.

Thanks a bypass advise and how much you would pay for a lawyer in this case?
