Greetings

I would like to know if I understood well the thai laws.

Is it possible to move to the kingdom with a non immigrant B visa (90 days stay)

then open a business and submit an application for a resident visa without having to travel back

and forth to my country?

Thanks

What you are looking for is a permission for extension of stay. This can be granted by the Thai immigration provided the (your) company fulfills all the requirements to emply a foreigner.

Based on this extension can be granted up to one year from the last entry befoe applying.

Your initial application will give you one additional month to stay which will be repeated one or two more times till final extension is granted.
