Hello, I am enquiring for a friend who has just arrived at suvannabhum airport and could not pass through the immigration [due to lack in requirement-prepared before the trip] awaiting to puzzling through her circumstance,

please share your advise on how shoud she approach this clause! truly appreciate your thought cordially..

1. she could not pass through the immigration because Cypriot can only get 15 days visa on arrival, she got her ticket out on the 19 dec, so unless she changes her booking to 15 dec[leaving thailand] she will be allow to pass through.. of which at the moment she is trying to reach the airline in her home country to work thing out[ hopefully the booking can be changed with the least cost and condition for her]

2. she will be volunterring and attending the permaculture design course at the permaculture farm from 2-18 dec , could her VOA be extended in any possible way for a few more days?

3. realizing it doesn't make sense as the 15 days VOA and the ticket out and all that yes, but please share you thought or share the site where I could look further .

If she does fix the problem and is allowed in, she can extend for 7 days at the immigration office responsible for the area where she is staying, cost 1900 baht. They recently upped the extension period to 30 days, but I think that only applies to visa exempt entries, not VOA entries.

I think if she or someone else could buy her a cheap ticket to like Malaysia that would be enough.

Then with the 7 days extension she can legally stay until the 19th.

Actually the airline that she used should fix her problem as they should not have let her board her flight with a onward ticket exiting Thailand more than 30 days from the date she intended to enter.

At time she could not reach the airline nor could the new ticket be booked. Here is what had happened..

She kept calm ... got her mindset balanced.. and her soul lite!

approached the worldly protocal at an easing gait .. and passed the immigration without any problem at all .. and the validity of stay stamped till the date shown on her original ticket..

I would say .. it's moment by moment .. truly glad the ambiane turned out the way it did..
