Home Improvement Stores in Chon Buri?

Featured Replies

Greetings,

Can members please suggest good home improvement stores, other than Home Pro, in the Pattaya and M Chon Buri area? I am hoping to purchase basic tools (e.g., miter saws), materials (e.g., windows , doors, and ceiling material), and appliances (e.g., lights & fans).

Thanks for any guidance.

Thai watsadu. On Sukhumvit heading South, couple of kicks past macro

MEGA Home on 331 at Bowin. Big as I've seen anywhere

Global House is pretty good. Their website has a map. Easy access.

I'm not 100% sure of the location, but before Chonburi on the motorway is Hardware House and right across the street is Thai Watsadu. If you take the main road out of Sri Racha to the motorway, they are both just south of that.

As far as I know Mega Home and HomePro are the same company.

Also Thai Watsadu operates Home Works, and both are owned by Central Retail.

Very interesting. I've read Mega Home is very...well...mega! 5555

Each store is different though. I've been to some Thai Watsadu's that I like, and others that don't have a good layout nor a large selection. Same with Hardware House.

The Thai Watsudu I go to is the big one on Sukumvit near Chaiyapreuk. It seems to have most things and prices seem to be generally somewhat lower than elsewhere, even for things that the supermarkets sell (light-bulbs, plastic containers etc). Also and not least I can get there easily from my building in Jomtien.

I will go to that Mega Home one day though.
