They have been screening potential astro nuts but so far none have been able to cope with the constant spinning of their manned space vehicle. Some have suggested that they recruit senior government officials since they are quite accustomed to spinning everything. thumbsup.gif

I know you're just making a joke, but for those who might not know: the parachute is part of the contest, which takes place during the Boon Bang Fai rocket festival. If the chute doesn't open, the entry doesn't count, regardless of how high it goes. At least those were the rules at the one I attended in Khon Kaen.
