Do I have this business basis, the company with registered capital of 2 miles bth. or is the other option? Somsak Lawyer Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I assume you will be opening a Thai Private Limited Company. In which case, you will need 3 directors. Thai shareholders must own at least 51%. Capital of 2 million baht. That will allow you one work permit providing you have no less than 4 Thai employees.
