hey BB

i just went thru the whole thing of buying a condo....if you are buying a new condo, say from the developer, then you really don't need legal assistance. i looked into the whole thing in some depth, getting many prices. i actually found sunbelt asia to be the best, at least they gave a price that divided their services up, so u could choose the lot, or just some.

my experience with them was all good. they seemed very honest, after consulting with them they suggested i didn't really need them to represent me....which in the end i didn't. however if you aren't buying it from a developer then things like title deed searches ect may well be necessary. all up it shouln't cost anymore than 30K

good luck

I was going to use Sunbelt, but didn't have a contact name, so I went to their website and used their "contact us" facility to send an email and requested a lawyer to assist on my land problems.

Did not get any reply -and I even mentioned this to Sunbelt on the forum and asked who I should contact. Again silence.

I guess they don't need Mobi's business. :o

So I now have a German law company down on Rama 4, and I'll let you know how I get on.

Thanks Sunbelt :D

I'm very sorry did not see that request. Could you please be so kind to point out... when and what post was that? I try to respond to as many posts as possible.

Please accept our apology for this and thank you for bringing this to my attention.

We have five full time staff answering e-mails Monday to Friday. Can you please be so kind, to PM me with your e-mail address? I'm sorry to bother you but it would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to check if we have a server problem or if it was sent and it went into a filter. I will pm you as well.

Thank you again for your post. If we can help you in the future, we would like the opportunity to do so.
