Locating Official Thai Documents related to Work-Permits

Hi Guys,

can someone help me find the official thai document (hopefully located inside a thai government website, most likely in the ministry of labour or department of employment) of this

"Rule of Department of Employment Governing Rules and Conditions of Considering Alien's Work B.E. 2545"

i found one translation here

i was looking for non immigrant o visa and work-permit related information. i found the official word from the doe website. if anyone is looking for official word here is the thai document and look at page 6
