Kim Jong-un visit to Bandung matter for Indonesia to decide, says US ambassador

BANGKOK: -- US ambassador to Jakarta on Wednesday advised Indonesia to take a cautious approach regarding its invitation for North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to attend the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Bandung Conference in April, The Jakarta Globe reported.

Robert Blake’s remarks came while Indonesia is preparing to welcome up to 109 heads of state it has invited from all over the world to the Bandung Conference. One of the 109 on the invitation list is North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The original Asia-Africa Conference was held in Jakarta and Bandung in April, 1955. It was attended by 25 countries and was an important precursor to the Non-Aligned Movement.

“It’s a decision that Indonesia has to make,” US Ambassador Robert Blake said, referring to the invitation extended to Kim. “However, Indonesia should be cautious with the world view on the sanctioned country. Of course, this will be a consideration for The Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” the ambassador was quoted as saying.

Ministry spokesman Arrmanatha said the North Korean leader had yet to send his RSVP.

Bandung Mayor Ridwan Kamil enjoyed the prospect of Bandung in the spotlight. “All eyes will be on Bandung on April 24, especially if the North Korean leader is coming” he said.

Hope they take him to the volcano close-by and throw him in along with all his cronies and grovelling worms.

Is it the shooting angle or is his right side trying to outgrow the left? Is that a perm, or does he gel things to a hair raising level? And the neck! The neck is now wider than the head. Some people just can't help but to make themselves into caricatures without realizing what they are doing...But the hairdo alone is already a trademark, as recognizable as a Hitler mustache.

If ever anyone has a remedy on how to sanction the official US (the Washington lobby of clowns) then that's the way to go. Getting Kim Jong un out of his hermit kingdom is definitely the first step in the right direction.

Yeah then they can pop him off, and Sony can make another film, wouldn't that be nice.
