dragonfly94 Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) Well it's called outlook now, it's not the printer or the laptop as I can print all other things. Trying to print any email just results in a blank page, does not seem to be any solution on youtube, that suggests a drop down menu I do not appear to have. Langsuan Man Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 I rarely use Outlook, aka Hotmail but I just picked an old email and was able to print it with no problem. Opened up the email and then used the dialog box on the right hand side, Actions, and chose Print message, and my printer dialog box opened right up and it printed correctly.
