It will never happen in 50 years in Thailand.

Because nobody in the government sector will make any money doing it.....As we know it's all about padding the bank account.

Road sides are lot cleaner than 25 years ago. 25 years ago, it was norm to dump your shit road side. It still happens but not like it used to. Now people actually have rubbish bins, 25 years ago the yard was it.

Getting there...

Been here 30 years. My shit never got was never put roadside. Always had a bin. Used to be inside, but now outside since we got rid of the street dogs. It gets emptied 2x a week for 40 baht a month. Used to be 10 baht a month 3 collections a week. Out in the soi more rubbish now than before. More affluent. Kids buying soft drinks & chips that nobody could afford before.

Going nowhere....
