Outrageous ( Nice) Discrimination!

Featured Replies

Here I am taking my family out for a nice Sunday brunch. I could be ordering the exact same food as a Thai sitting two table down from me, but I will be eating CHEAPER food. Who wants to be seen eating cheap food? They could just as well make me wear a T-shirt saying Cheap Charlie and parade me up and down the entire shopping center.

The discount was discreetly subtracted from the bill, I didnt even have to show passport or any ID, the food was really good, so I didnt bring this obvious unfair discrimination to the attention of management. Sometimes you just have to let the system win in the name of peace.

Well, maybe they are just trying to reach out and help our European and Aussi and Canucko and Ruski brothers.

I have no idea what you are trying to say.

What ?

EDIT:..... yeah makes sense now that the post has been edited with the image added.

Where there Thais eating 2 tables down?

Or do they inflate the price, and then offer a 5% discount?

Mega Bangna is 95% Thai customers and prices are as per the menu. The smart Thais of course gets the 5% discount through some Credit Card, AIS or DTAC promotion, but still interesting that for cash payments farangs gets the best deal.
