Freeze (hang): อาการค้าง (akan khang)

Reboot: the pros simply use the English term (written in Thai: รีบูต).

Alternatively you can use "restart": เริ่มใหม่ (roem mai) or

machine restart: ปลุก เครื่อง อีกครั้ง (pluk khrueang ik khrang)
