Visa extention based on family.

Hi There,

I am on a one year extension of a non o visa, based on visiting family (Thai daughter). To renew this visa when it expires. Do I have to leave the country, obtain a new non o visa or can I apply for another one year extension from immigration without the need to leave the country for a new non o visa?

You can apply for a new 1 year extension of stay at immigration, every year again.

You don't have a Visa.

You have an extension of stay.

Just apply at Immigration every year.

No need to leave the country.

Thank you kindly Lite Beer and Mario. I have only 3 pages left on passport and need to use two (one for new extention of stay, other re-entry permit) a new visa + visa for another country...4 into 3 does not go!
