playyer
Thai girlfriend wants to get an insurance, from her bank insurance company, that pays out in case I have a traffic accident etc. Basically she said she would pay 2000 baht per year, and if I die in a traffic accident she would get 1.5 million baht. I ride my motorbike daily. Now I dont think she will run me over, I am not too worried about that . But does this insurance exist? We live together, and have done so for about 5 years, but we are not married. Are the sales people telling lies to her? She has her own life insurance with the same bank insurance company. stevenl
Yes, something like that will exist. Be careful though, quite often the pay out will be limited of death is caused by a motorbike accident.
Brit_Doggie
It does exist yes to the point of kasikorn almost demanding that you take out insurance when opening a account.
stevenl
Forgot, to get an idea bout premiums and pay out just do a search for some of the policies on offer with the major banks. That gives you some idea, and after that a good insurance broker like AA can give you a better offer.
